Waverly Health Center’s Mini Medical University gives students (ages 16-18 years old) a unique opportunity to learn about health care careers through interactive presentations and hands-on learning. Areas include surgery, radiology, simulation labs and more! The week-long program will be offered July 22-26, from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Students MUST be available to meet each day for the full time. Class size is limited. The cost is $85 (financial assistance is available).
Eligible students must:
- Have finished their sophomore year of high school
- Have a 2.3 GPA or higher
- Submit a Mini Medical University Application (with parent or legal guardian signature)
- Have a counselor or teacher submit a Recommendation Form (found in link above)
