“If ever we are in a bind on the weekend again, we will surely be visiting the Waverly Health Center Walk-In Clinic! We were very happy with our service and the staff was amazing,” Whittney shared.
“We are so very fortunate to have such fine facilities and staff here in Waverly! The ambulance crew was so prompt and respectful and the ED staff made everything go so smoothly,” Lynn shared.
“I feel that the LSVT voice exercises and the singing group have been helping get my voice stronger again. I try to keep active to delay the physical symptoms of Parkinson’s and I do voice exercises to keep my vocal muscles strong,” Phyllis shared.
“Prior to cardiac rehab, I had no endurance. I could barely walk a block without my leg cramping. I really thought my leg was done," Monte shared. "I’m just so amazed by how much the staff has been able to help me. I still have some pain in my leg, but nothing like before.”
“There was just no question where I would go for these iron infusions,” Beth commented. “The whole department just runs super smoothly. The nurses are wonderful and I never have to wait. The nurses visited with me and made sure I was comfortable. I just love them!”

“The facility was nice and the nursing staff were professional and fun. Overall, my experience was excellent, from the emergency department, to surgery, to the medical-surgical floor and everything in between,” Paige stated.
“The nursing staff were excellent. Since I couldn’t have any visitors due to safety precautions, they spent time with me visiting and keeping me company,” Val stated.
“I was very comfortable and Dr. Schmerbach did a great job of explaining everything to me and my parents. The nurses were very good and I felt safe and wasn’t worried,” Annika stated.
“I love how the staff make you feel. You know you are being listened to and cared for. Whomever we have received care for, whether it was our grandsons, my parents or myself, the care is exceptional. Every detail is covered,” Heidi stated.
“Maranda really listened and learned about my activities and would then come up with ideas to help me do them more effectively. I have extensive gardens and landscaping and enjoy ‘playing in the dirt.’ That's my happy place in good weather. Maranda helped me to get back to the activities that I enjoy,” Linda shared.
“Even though the deliveries were completely different, we knew we would be taken care of. The staff are just great and take really good care of everyone,” Michael stated.
“The surgery staff were all very accommodating to our family and we never felt rushed. They answered all our questions and gave us the privacy we needed to help comfort Isla. The blanket and bear helped calm her down and made her very cozy and comfy,” Missy stated.
“The care we received from the WHC was exceptional. I had no question that Addyson was in great hands. The staff made our visit as seamless and non-stressful as possible. A big thank you to Miles and his owner, Tracy, for volunteering so much time to positively impact so many people’s lives. Also thank you to the Waverly Health Center for allowing such a great program to exist,” mom stated.
“The ED staff did a phenomenal job at keeping me as comfortable as could be, updating me on my condition and helping me prepare for surgery,” Amy stated.
