Brittney Diercks

Zach and Brittney Diercks have two active children – Jillian (10) and Jett (5). “Both of my kids want to be outside 24/7. Whether it’s jumping on the trampoline or riding their bikes, any time they have the option to be outside, that’s where they are. Their activity level doesn’t scare me though, because I know that I have an awesome hospital to bring them to if we need it,” said Brittney.

WHC was a natural choice for the Diercks as they are from the area, but it’s been their positive experiences that have kept them coming back. “I remember a visit Jillian had with Amy Bodensteiner. Even though Jillian was pretty young at the time, I was so impressed that Amy not only explained things to my husband and I, but talked with Jillian too, so she knew exactly what was going to happen.”

Over the years, the Diercks have used a number of WHC services. “Whether it’s the ER or one of the clinics, I’ve always had exceptional service. The doctors are beyond fabulous. Topnotch. They truly care about your needs. They’re humble and knowledgeable. They talk at your level and make time for you. I know we will receive great care, and we’ll be a part of the decision-making.”

The Diercks appreciate seeing WHC staff out in the community too. “That crossover is nice, and it helps build on the comfort level for the kids too. We’re so lucky to have our friends and neighbors taking care of us,” finished Brittney.
