Waverly Health Center is expanding access to breast care services through its Women’s Clinic, offering patients personalized care, advanced imaging and surgical consultation close to home. Led by board-certified breast care surgeon, Dr. Jayson Gesme, WHC’s breast care services are designed to support women through every stage of breast health. Offering routine screenings and risk assessments to diagnosis, treatment planning and surgery.
“Expanding breast care services was an important step for our hospital and for the women we serve,” said Jodi Geerts, CEO of Waverly Health Center. “Access to high quality breast care close to home matters. By growing these services, we’re ensuring patients receive timely, advanced care in a setting where they feel supported, comfortable and confident.”
Breast care services at WHC are closely coordinated with imaging services and surgical services to ensure a seamless experience for patients who may need additional imaging, biopsies or surgical treatment. Whether it begins with a routine exam, breast concern, diagnostic imaging or the need for surgery, patients receive collaborative care in one trusted location.
The Women’s Clinic breast care services are designed to create a supportive environment where questions are welcomed, and next steps are clearly explained. For more information or to schedule an appointment, visit www.WaverlyHealthCenter.org or call (319) 483-4074.
