Waverly Health Center collaborates with area hospitals, public health departments and service organizations to conduct a community health needs assessment survey. The assessment is in compliance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 and federal tax-exemption rules. The results allow WHC and community partners to prioritize area resources to meet local needs.
