Speakers Series: Advance Care Directives
Join us for a FREE educational speakers series on advance directives, led by our social workers. This session will walk through what advance directives are, why they matter and how to make your health care wishes known through documents like a Living Will and Medical Power of Attorney.
Our team will guide you through the same information typically covered in an advance care planning appointment, with time for questions and discussion. This is a great opportunity to better understand your options and take the first step in planning ahead.
