Waverly Health Center’s (WHC) Jeff Thode, plant services manager, has won Limble’s Audit Excellence Award for his work leveraging maintenance records and data to navigate challenging regulations and ensure patient safety. This award is part of the inaugural edition of the 2024 Maintenance Hero Awards.
Thode was nominated by Katia Gwartney, who serves as a Customer Success Manager at Limble. Gwartney has worked closely with Thode and WHC, assisting in the set up and preparation of converting to the Limble system.
Thode implemented various measures to perform a variety of reporting and dashboards to ensure WHC’s compliance with scheduled maintenance, testing and contracted space reporting. Thode used those reports to make immediate changes to the Plant Services department at WHC, which increased both revenue and compliance reporting.

Coleman is known for being thorough. He has helped nearly 1,700 community members with their Medicare plans during his 17 years as a volunteer SHIIP counselor. There are many choices for someone starting the Medicare process. Truax described his options as “overwhelming.”
Although the information needed to register for Medicare is all available online, Truax believes it was Coleman who made the process seamless. “It was essential to have a trusted guide,” said Truax. “Bruce is amazing. He’s my hero.”
