Yes, we accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Coverage for behavioral health services can vary depending on your specific plan. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can diagnose mental health conditions, prescribe medication and provide treatment planning. A therapist (or counselor) provides talk therapy and helps patients develop coping strategies and emotional tools but does not prescribe medication.
