We maintain a complete medical record for each patient. If you need your records transferred, simply complete a written release request.
We accept most medical insurance plans. To avoid delays, please bring your insurance card at check-in. Our staff will copy your card and ask you to sign an insurance consent form. We will bill your insurance for services, but any copays, deductibles or non-covered costs will be billed to you or, for most students, to a parent or guardian. If you do not have insurance or face uncovered costs, we offer alternative payment options.
Your privacy matters. All medical records are confidential and securely maintained. We will only release information with your written consent. Due to federal privacy laws (HIPAA), our staff will not contact parents or guardians—students are responsible for sharing their health information as they choose.
Noah Campus Health Clinic is a department of Waverly Health Center (WHC), just two blocks from campus. WHC offers a full range of diagnostic, specialty, surgical and inpatient care ensuring you have access to a comprehensive network of services whenever you need them.
